change the anamorphic settings. Changing the image size results in the video not playing at full screen on Plex Media Server

I have played around with the quality settings and found that unless set to the highest resolution on an HD preset, the file will not play full screen on Plex. I think this is because the container file is still giving the wrong resolution.
